We purchased a home in June, it couldn’t have been a better experience! We told Rob our budget and what we were looking for, he instantly started sending us homes and booking appointments to view. My mother in law passed away at the beginning of June, my husband and I live in VA and we were in charge of her estate. We were going to do a quick home for cash sale because we didn't want the hassle of trying to sell her house. That is how we met Rob, and thank God we did, he was such an angel through this whole process. After talking to him and looking at options, we decided to try selling the house.
