Rob is the 6th realtor I have worked with when buying or selling my home. He is "head & shoulders" above the other realtors. He listens to your wants & needs as a buyer, then works hard to find exactly what you are looking for in the price range you tell him. He doesn't try to push you over your price point or into a home you don't want so he can get his commission. He is patient & kind while taking all the time you need to find the right house. With all of that, he is on top of every detail from the contract all the way through to closing. Should I decide to sell the home he helped me find for purchase, Rob will be the listing agent & also will be my buyer's agent. This is my first time buying a home and I could not be happier with the outcome. My wife and I contacted Rob from a recommendation of a co-worker and in the end we made the right choice. Rob was great, helped me find my home in just a few weeks. I would ask him to help me in the future if i ever wanted to buy again. I spoke to rob one day and with in a few weeks we were walking in homes. The first day we found our place. He found me what i was looking for.
